Have you thought about offsite backup or remote data synchronisation? Juice Telecoms can offer a simple service to copy your data once a day. Or, you can opt for a full failover service where your data is synchronised in real time to a dedicated remote server, so in the event of a disaster you can start using the remote server minimising your downtime.

Document Management
All businesses will use a document management system in the future; previously solutions have been very expensive with a large capital outlay. We have a different solution; a fully hosted document management system – one of the first in the UK.
With only a very small capital outlay (less than £500 including a scanner), you can be up and running. All you pay is a small monthly fee per user.
All of your business documents can be incorporated into one system, including scanned in paperwork, MS Office documents, e-mails and over 300 other file formats. With almost instant access to your records efficiency is increased, which can only result in happier customers, staff and managers.
The servers for this system are hosted in our main London data centre and backed up to our remote data centre. You can be sure your documents are secure without any input from yourself.
We can also offer you the same system for heavy users installed at your premises; a full network version for onsite users and a web client for home and remote workers.
The images leave a very small footprint on your server – around 30,000 images to every 1Gb of disk space. This dismisses that myth that you need massive data storage capacities for document management.
Other systems on the market need a lot more disk space so beware!
